Android Cant Download Apps To Sd Card

By default, android apps install to your phone’s internal storage, which can be quite small. if you have an sd card, you can set it as the default install location for some apps–thus freeing up space for more apps than you would have otherwise been able to install.. Why you can’t install direct to the sd card is totally beyond me. i’ve set the primary storage of my lenovo s856 to sd card but only pictures and videos install there, any apps still install only to the 8gb internal memory and then have to be manually moved. it’s bloody crazy and yet cheap android phones sell by the bucket load while windows phone get’s overlooked because of the poor. And if you are on android 4.0+ then you cant just move all applications to sd card. some apps are suggested to keep in internal storage for working correctly. just download app2sd and move the movable apps to sd card..

Figuring out which apps can or can’t be moved is the most tedious part of using android, but fortunately, apps exist to make the chore a lot easier to deal with. one solution i’ve used is an app called “app 2 sd“, as it’s both free and intuitive.. This problem is faced by most of android users and there are some solution like either you can delete your existing apps to install new ones or set the install location of the apps to move apps to sd card or app2sd card.. This method of moving your apps to sd card is known for not working with the galaxy series, you if own a galaxy/ are getting a galaxy and is thinking of moving your apps to an external storage, i recommend rooting your device, enabling further access to files and such..
