"android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution. Android 5.1 random restarts and optimize app showing 1-1031 of 1031 messages. after the restart, it will start optimizing the apps all over again. android 5.1 completely crashes when an app does something, then the mobile starts again and optimizes the apps in 10 minutes [what a performance improvement!], later on 5.1.1 was. Re: continuous restart and optimizing apps i have this issue and have gone through the 'solution' provided, reset the phone 3 times now, it wont even clenly get through the initial startup after reset before it turns off again.. Pa help naman po paano i fixed ang cherry mobile flare s5mini ko .. always po kasing ng optimizing apps then pag ng starting apps na .. namamatay yung phone then open na naman balik to optimizing apps na naman .. palagi pong ganun d na po siya ng open...
